In his book, concepts of awakening and ways of being are interlaced with models for governance, management and leadership. Having worked with this content before, I found it difficult to express the complex integral nature of human experience in the workplace, and SanFancon made it look easy. SanFancon puts human beings and their relationships at the very center of experience that are given context by the workplace, and concepts of work and organization. I’ve always found this to be the secret key that is hidden right in front of all of us. If we consciously create a container in our workplace, that encourages a deepening of relationship to one another and to one’s self, the “work” will flourish. Simple, right?
I’ve shared a few emails with George SanFancon and he has been kind enough to share a manuscript with me on participatory governance – a vision I have always held for the governance model of New Myth Works.
